If your business sends many envelopes, cards, invoices, reminders, etc. and is struggling to efficiently print or faxd them from your lists, or office software, we can help you streamline the process to save your business time and money. This also applies to sending lots of personalized emails or faxes to your customers. We helped a non-profit in lower Bucks County learn how they can export their data from their current system, automated how the data needed to be massaged in Microsoft Excel and how to print letters, envelopes and postcards using Microsoft Word. We also helped them print postage onto their mailings and enabled them to send many individualized emails to their customers using tools they already had.
They were also able to send customized / individualized faxes in the same way.
