Storing your Documents and Images in a System
If you have old fashioned filing cabinets and boxes cluttering your office space and a mountain of paperwork that is not being stored electronically, there is a much better way. We can help you select and setup a document storage and/or imaging system, teach you to use it and help you make sure everything gets backed up securely.
It's rare that a business actually can go entirely paperless. But going at least part the way there saves lots of time and money going through files, sorting, searching, handling, losing them, etc.
Another benefit is that if setup properly, documents can be accesses when NOT in the office. They're also much easier to send vie email or fax and even to read in whatever size zoom you'd like on your computers.
We recently helped a real estate office in Philadelphia move from paper to (mostly) paperless and to image and store their legacy files using commercially available software, a scanner and training. They chose to keep all their old paper documents of course, but now they keep them out of sight. We provided the setup, training and support getting them started. With regular backups of the documents and images they know their documents are safe several times over.
