About Us

History

Established in 1999

Total Tech Experts was started by the founder and CEO, Justin Gray. He started by working on family computers and quickly found himself working as the IT Manager for one of the largest Power Motor Sports Dealerships in the US. He then moved the company to Dallas, TX and continued managing the IT infrastructure of two separate companies before deciding to work on building his own business that offered a new and more customer focused level of computer support and project management.

He officially launched Total Tech Experts in March of 2010 with the main goal to help businesses, non-profits, and individuals with the all of their technology issues in a way that doesn't belittle them or make them feel incompetent. Total Tech Experts is focusing on the support aspect of the computer services they offer. Total Tech Experts strives to be a positive difference in the computer support industry.

Meet the Business Owner

Justin Gray started his career with his own sole proprietorship in the IT support field when he was 17. Due to his customer focus and personalized service his business quickly grew. He soon became the IT Manager for one of the largest Power Motor Sports Dealerships in the US. With hopes of creating a top tier company, Justin moved to Dallas. In March of 2010 he officially launched Total Tech Experts and has continued to offer exceptional service to Businesses, Non Profit Organizations, and residential customers.
